Vale - The Beginning
When you begin your game, you discover that the Mt. Aleph Boulder is about to
fall on your town of Vale. Your mother will bring you out of the house. Go north
to find your friend Garet and tell him to leave his stuff behind to have him
join your party. Head south to the plaza. Check houses on your way for people
or items hidden in barrels. If boulders fall in your way, you must find an alternate
path to travel south. You will have to go north then west across a bridge. Keep
heading west to help an injured person. Go south and then east to continue south
to the plaza. When you head south past the bridge, you will discover that Felix
is about to drown in the river. When your mother and Jenna go to find help,
continue to the plaza to find Jenna. Head south, then east, and then south to
find Jenna at the plaza, the southernmost part of Vale. When Jenna joins you,
head north back to where Felix was. When you cross the bridge, you will see
the boulder fall, crushing the dock and Felix. When you head back to the plaza,
Garet will run after you and you will encounter two suspicious looking characters
discussing the disastrous events. The two characters attack you and Garet. You
have to fight and you will lose.
Vale - Three Years Later
You are mending your roof when Jenna and Garet come to see you.
The three of you must go to see Kraden. Go north and then west.
You will see the two suspicious looking characters that fought
you three years ago - Saturos and Menardi. They will allow you
to see Kraden, whose house is up the staircase closest to you.
Kraden will tell you about Alchemy, Saturos, and Menardi. You
must go to Sol Sanctum with Kraden. Go east and then north to
Mt. Aleph and Sol Sanctum. On your way, you will be discovered
by a person behind a tree who you must sneak past to continue.
Go north and enter Sol Sanctum.
Sol Sanctum - The Heart of Alchemy
When you enter a room with water, jump on the block farthest right
to get from one side of the room to the other. Continue until
you get to another room with water in it. To reach the center
path with a chest containing a Small Jewel, jump up the
middle. To continue along after this, jump on the middle block
and when you reach the three space wide block, jump right instead
of up, then go up. Continue walking and press "A" on
the minotaur skull and use the Small Jewel. Go back to
the entrance of the room and jump on the block farthest left to
continue to the next room. Push aside the statue on the far right
of the room that is in a rectangle of white dots to continue.
Go either right or left then go up. At the four way intersection,
take a left to find a chest containing a Small Jewel. Take
a right or go straight and take a left to get to the next room.
Use Move on the statue farthest left and use the Small
Jewel on the minotaur skull. Use Move on the statue
farthest right to continue to the next room. Go up and to the
left to get a chest containing an Herb. Go up the other
path to get to the heart of Sol Sanctum. Go to the right to find
the Luna room. Continue up the staircase. Go up and push one of
the statues near the Luna picture. Kraden will tell you that you
are about to trigger a trap. Move the statues near the Sol picture
so the back two statues are on the squares. Use Move to
pull the big statue into the formed hole. Next, push the statues
near the Luna picture so all four statues rest on the four squares.
Go back to the room where Kraden is waiting. Go to the room to
the left where the symbol on the floor changed from Sol to Luna.
Go to the crack on the wall where light is coming from and press
"A". You will be taken to the resting place of the elemental
stars - Venus, Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter - containing the pure
form of the four elements - Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind. Kraden
will send you and Garet to get the elemental stars. Take the path
directly to the right of the entrance and take a right at the
intersection to get the Venus Star by pressing "A"
on the statue. Go up at the intersection and then take a right
to get the Mercury Star. Take the path below the entrance
to get the Jupiter Star. After you get the Jupiter Star,
you will see Saturos and Menardi with Kraden and Jenna. You will
see another mysterious character enter. Saturos and Menardi make
him remove his mask and you discover that he is Felix, Jenna's
supposedly deceased brother. You also find out that Saturos and
Menardi are the ones who saved Felix three years ago. Whether
you like it or not, Garet will take the elemental stars to one
of Saturos and Menardi's allies, Alex. Alex, Saturos, and Menardi
make you go get the last elemental star, the Mars Star. Go back
and take the path directly to the right of the entrance. Go straight
up and go down at the last intersection to get the Mars Star.
The chamber starts to collapse after you grab the Mars Star. You
will see the guardian of the elemental stars keeping the chamber
from collapsing and you will see everyone else leave. The guardian
will tell you that the volcano will errupt soon and that the elemental
Djinn have returned. You must flee from Sol Sanctum and return
to Vale.
Vale - The Guardian's Message
Isaac and Garet will explain what happened to everyone
else. The wise one (the guardian) tells the great healer that
the erruption cannot be stopped but Vale will be safe. He warns
you of a terrible power connected to the elemental stars and the
lighthouses. He tells you that you and Garet must save the world.
You must find the lighthouses and seek the Djinn. You have to
leave Vale to begin your journey.
World Map - Vale to Vault
When you walk down the path below Vale, you will come across the
Venus Djinni, Flint. He tells you that you must help him
gather his friends, the other Djinn. He teaches you how to use
and summon Djinn. Follow the path and go down to Vault, the nearest
town. You will see that Hammet and his caravan cannot reach Kalay
so they must go to Lunpa up north.
Vault - Retrieving Hammet's Rod
Enter the house up the staircase at the north end of Vault. Here
you will meet Ivan, who is in the back left of the house. He asks
you to help him retrieve Hammet's rod. Go into the inn and up
the staircase at the back of the room. Start to leave the room
after you meet the two suspicious looking characters. Ivan will
suggest surrounding them. Chase them into a corner of the room
and Ivan will use Mind Read on them to find out that they are
the thieves. You can find a Mint in the box in the far
left of the inn's first floor. Leave the inn and enter the hole
in the roof of the inn by climbing up the ladder. Use Move
on the box in the inn while standing across from it and enter
the door on your right. Talk to the person tied to a chair in
the room and the three thieves will come in. You will have to
fight them. After you have defeated them, the stolen treasures
are recovered. Exit the inn and go to the house where you met
Ivan. Talk to the mayor and he will give you Water of Life.
Follow the path east of Vault to get to Goma Cave Entrance.
Goma Cave Entrance - Ivan Joins Your Team
Follow the path east of Vault to get to Goma Cave Entrance.
When you get to a pillar in your way, push it to the right to
climb the ladder. When you reach the next pillar, use Move
to pull it towards you. When you see a short pillar covered with
vines, use Move on it and then press "B" when
you are unable to move it. Ivan will use Whirlwind on the vines
and rejoin your team. Use Move on the short pillar once
the vines are gone to push it out of your way allowing you to
enter Goma Cave.
Goma Cave - Forge the Mars Djinni
When you enter Goma Cave, find your way to the staircase to the
next floor. Head right until you reach a pillar. Push the pillar
into the hole in the floor to help you reach a Djinni later. Go
down the next staircase. Continue along on this floor until you
reach another staircase. When you reach a pillar, use Move
to push it out of your way. Hop down and use Move to push
the pillar back the other way to reach a chest containing a Lucky
Medal. Hop down and use Move on the short pillar to
push it to the right. Go back to the last staircase. Move the
pillar out of your way if you need to.When you have gone down
the staircase, go right to reach another staircase. You should
be able to hop on a pillar on your right to reach the Mars Djinni,
Forge (battle, run, save). Continue up the next staircase.
When you reach a short pillar, use Move to push it into
the water, creating a short cut through Goma Cave. Head up and
follow the path to Goma Cave's exit.

Go directly east from Goma Cave to reach Bilibin.
Bilibin & McCoy's Palace - The Curse Causers
Go up the staircase to the right of the weapons shop, go down, left, then up
and use Whirlwind on the vines on the wall. Enter the cave and go down
the ladder. You will need to use Move on a statue to push it down out
of your way to reach the Jupiter Djinni, Gust (no battle). Leave the
cave and go up to McCoy's Palace. Talk to the soldier to the right of the palace
entrance to be allowed to enter. Walk straight back and enter the room at the
end of the hall. McCoy will tell you about the curse that has befallen Kolima.
Leave the palace and Bilibin and head for Kolima.

Follow the path east from Bilibin to reach Bilibin Barricade.
Bilibin Barricade - The Key to Passing Without a Key
Stand in front of the big box on the left of the barricade and
use Move on it to get it out of your way. Continue to Kolima.

Follow the path east from Bilibin Barricade to Kolima. If you
take a short side trip off the path, you can reach some Turtle
Boots by pressing "A" in a patch of grass. See the
map for their location.
Kolima - Granite the Venus Djinni
When you reach Kolima, you will discover that the people of Kolima
have been cursed, all becoming trees. Go to the back of the house
that has a Djinni in a pen to its right. Walk behind the house
and press down to enter the back door. Go down the ladder inside.
Go up the ladder on the other side of the cave to reach the Venus
Djinni, Granite (no battle). Leave the cave and Kolima
and go to Kolima Forest.

Follow the path north from Kolima to reach Kolima Forest.
Kolima Forest - Lifting Kolima's Curse
When you enter Kolima Forest, stay right and roll the first log
you come to to the left. Go up across the bridge and roll the
next log to the left. This allows you to continue walking left
to the next area. Go down and to the left, then go up and roll
the horizontal log down. This allows you to continue walking to
the next area. Roll the vertical log to the left then go up and
around the stumps. Roll the vertical log to the right, roll the
top horizontal log up, roll the bottom horizontal log down, and
roll the vertical log to the left. This allows you to hop across
the water and proceed to the next area. Flip the switch near the
sign to lower the water. Roll the two horizontal logs up, roll
the two vertical logs to the right, roll the right horizontal
log down, roll the bottom vertical log to the left, roll the left
horizontal log down and raise the water to reach a chest containing
a Fur Coat. Exit and re-enter the area to reset the logs.
Lower the water, roll the top vertical log to the left, and raise
the water to continue to the next area. Climb the vine and enter
Tret Tree.
Tret Tree - Defeating Tret
Ascend the vine at the back of the room to the next floor. Jump
across the three leaves at the bottom of the room and exit to
the right. Ascend the vine on the far right and enter the door
on the left to the next floor. If you want to get the chest containing
a Healing Ring, you will end up falling to the previous
floor. Ascend the vine at the back of the room to the next floor.
Exit the room at the bottom exit. Ascend the vine on the right.
Go to the highest limb to find the Jupiter Djinni, Breeze
(battle, run, save). Enter the door on the left to reach a chest
containing a Nut. Go back down to the previous floor. Exit
the room at the left exit, ascend the vine on the left, and enter
the door on the right to the next floor. Jump on the bottom left
leaf, jump right, jump up, jump right, and jump left to fall down
to the basement. Go to the back of the room and you will have
to defeat Tret. When you defeat him, a vine will appear so you
can exit the basement to the entrance floor. Exit Tret Tree and
Kolima Forest.

Follow the path south west and go through Bilibin Barricade. Continue
following the path north west past Bilibin and stay an the path
to reach Bilibin Cave Entrance. Enter Bilibin Cave.
Bilibin Cave - Over the River and Through the Cave to
Imil
Take a left when you enter the cave and take a right at the second
intersection. Enter the next room. When you reach two torches
close to each other, push the one on the right next to the ice
pillar on the right. This allows you to hop across the puddle
of water and reach a chest containing a Vial. Go down and
exit Bilibin Cave.

Follow the path north to Imil.
Imil - Meeting Mia
Go to the healer's house on the west side of town and talk to
the girl, who will tell you about Mia. Go to the house directly
north from the town's entrance to meet Mia. When you talk to her,
she will leave to check out something at the Mercury Lighthouse.
Open the chest at the back of the room to get an Empty Bottle.
Go to the north side of town, climb the staircase to the left
of the weapons shop, stand across from the snowman, and use Move
on it to drop it onto the ice. Enter the ice path from the left
side above the gravestones, go up, left, up, left, up, right,
up, left, up, right, and up into Imil Falls Cave to reach the
Mars Djinni, Fever (no battle). To reach the chest containing
a Vial, enter the ice path from the left side above the
gravestones, go up, left, up, left, up, right, up, left, down,
left, up, right, and up the ladder.
World Map - Imil to Mercury Lighthouse
Follow the path northeast to Mercury Lighthouse.
Mercury Lighthouse - The First Lighthouse
When you enter the lighthouse, go talk to Mia and use Move
to push the statue out of her way. Enter the door after Mia opens
it. Fight the Lizard Man that is blocking Mia's way. Keep going
forward and you will find another statue you need to use Move
on for Mia. After you do this, Mia will join your party. Keep
walking until you reach a room with pipes. Push the pipe to the
right, then walk around and push the pipe to the left. This allows
you to reach a chest containing a Psy Crystal and to reach
the next room. Push the statue in the room onto the circle on
the floor. Slide down the indent in the wall and climb the ladder
to the room exit. Slide down the indent in the wall. Jump in front
of the statue and use Ply on it. Now you can jump on water
three times after you step on a glowing square. Go through the
right exit, go straight, and jump on the glowing square. Jump
to the right to exit through the far right door. The chest in
the room is really a Mimic. Enter the waterfall on the far right
and jump across the water to reach a chest containing Psynergy
Armor. Leave the room, go back through the far left waterfall,
jump across the water, and exit at the top of the room. Jump on
the square in front of you. Jump right 3, down 1; right 1, up
3; left 1, up 3; left 1, up 3; left 3 to reach a chest containing
a Sleep Bomb on the left. Go back to the first square,
jump right 3, down 1; right 3; up 4; up 3, left 1; right 1, up
3; left 3, down 1 to reach the square on the far left. Go straight
down to the next room. Keep going down to the next room. Enter
the center waterfall and go straight to enter the next room. Roll
the top horizontal pipe up, roll the bottom horizontal log up,
and roll the vertical pipe left. Go to the previous room. Jump
across the water and enter the staircase on the left. Go through
the next two rooms and you should reach another room with pipes.
Roll the vertical pipe left, then go back around and roll it to
the right. Roll the vertical pipe to the left, roll the horizontal
pipe down, and roll the vertical pipe to the right. Go the previous
room and push the statue onto the circle on the floor. This allows
you to enter the next room. Push the third statue from the left
out of your way to reach a chest containing a Nut. Go to
the statue on the far right and use Move on it to enter
a room where you must push a horizontal pipe up to enter the next
room. Walk into the fourth waterfall from the right to find the
Mercury Djinni, Sleet (battle, save). Go to the next room.
Go down to the next staircase and enter the next room. Go down
to the next room. Enter the far right waterfall. Use Move
to push the statue out of your way to enter the next room. Go
down to the next room. Use Ply on the statue, allowing
you to reach the top of the lighthouse. Continue walking and you
will discover that the lighthouse has already been lit. You will
have to fight Saturos. After you defeat him, go to the left next
to the statue and you will be brought near the lighthouse entrance.
Press "A" at the Fountain of Healing and use the Empty
Bottle to get Hermes' Water. Leave the Mercury Lighthouse.
You will discover that the townspeople of Imil will recover from
the epidemic and you will be able to purchase items in the Imil
weapons shop.

Bilibin Cave & Bilibin Cave Entrance - Returning
to Kolima Forest
Go back through Bilibin Cave to Bilibin Cave Entrance and head
for Kolima Forest.

Follow the path southeast from Bilibin Cave entrance to Bilibin
Barricade.
Bilibin Barricade - Save the Tree
Go into the shallow water behind the barricade near the tree in
the water. Use Move on the tree to move it towards you.
The tree will thank you for saving its life. You will be rewarded
with a Hard Nut once the curse of Kolima has been lifted. Exit
Bilibin Barricade at the east exit.

Follow the path north from Bilibin Barricade to Kolima Forest.
Kolima Forest - The Curse's Cure
Go through the forest to Tret Tree. Talk to Tret and use Hermes'
Water. The forest and Tret will recover. Tret will heal the
people of Kolima and Laurel will warn you of an evil power south
across the river. Leave Kolima Forest. You can now talk to people
in Kolima and buy items there as well.

Follow the path east past Kolima and stay on the path until you
reach Kolima Bridge.
Kolima Bridge - The Bridge is Down
When you reach Kolima Bridge, the person who was a tree before
the curse of Kolima was broken will lower the bridge for you so
you can cross.

Follow the path southeast from Kolima Bridge to Fuchin Temple.
Fuchin Temple - The Test
Enter the temple at the north end of town. Use Mind Read
on the person in the building. He will tell you about Mogall Forest
and give you permission to enter the grotto. Talk to the person
in front of the waterfall and he will allow you to take the test
of Fuchin Falls. Enter Fuchin Falls Cave.
Fuchin Falls Cave - May the Force be With You
*Fuchin Falls Cave is optional. Force is never absolutely necessary
in the game and collecting Djinn is also optional*
Step on the log on the right to roll to a chest that is really
a Mimic. Step on the log on the left to roll across to the next
room. Hop across the logs to the left staircase and keep going
to the dark room. Climb the staircase on the left to the next
area. Step on the vertical log to roll to a chest containing an
Arctic Blade. Step on the horizontal log to roll to the
next area. Go down to the vertical log and roll across to get
to the next area. Step on the vertical log to roll across to the
next area. Walk carefully down past the spikes, step on the horizontal
log, and roll down. Step on the vertical log and roll to the left.
Step on the horizontal log and roll up. Jump left then down onto
the vertical log and roll right to reach the Jupiter Djinni, Zephyr
(battle, run, save). Go down, step on the horizontal log, and
roll up to reach the next area. Step on the top horizontal log
and roll up. Step on the top vertical log and roll left. Jump
up and go back to the bottom of the room. Step on the bottom horizontal
log and roll up. Jump to the left and get the Dragon's Eye
in the room. Leave the room and jump right then up to the next
area. Go to the next area and climb the ladder. Press "A"
on the dragon statue and use the Dragon's Eye. The dragon's
flame will reveal the shadow of an invisible path. Go back two
areas, go down to the bottom vertical log, and roll left. Go to
the left staircase and proceed to the room with the dragon statue.
Walk across the invisible path to the next area. Go up and slide
down to the entrance to the next room. Jump across to the chest
to get the Orb of Force. Exit Fuchin Falls Cave and leave
Fuchin Temple.

Go south from Fuchin Temple to Mogall Forest.
Mogall Forest - Stumps Full of Monkeys
If you get lost in Mogall Forest, use Force on
the stumps and follow the creature that appears to get to the
next area. Take the south path to the next area. Roll the vertical
log right, roll the horizontal log down, roll the vertical log
left, roll the horizontal log up, and take the east path to the
next area. Take the east path to reach a chest containing an Apple
and take the south path to reach the next area. Go to the right
and use Move to push the stone out of your way then push
the log down. Roll the bottom horizontal log down and roll the
vertical log to the left to reach the Venus Djinni, Quartz
(battle, save). Go back up and go down the bridge to take the
west path to the next area. Take the north path to reach a Psynergy
Stone. Take the west path to reach a chest containing an Elven
Shirt. To reach the chest, use Move on the stone and
push the vertical log to the right. Take the south path to reach
the next area. Ignore the very top vertical log. Roll the middle
vertical log right, roll the horizontal log down, roll the bottom
vertical log right, and hop across to take the south path to the
next area. You will have to fight a Killer Ape to get the Douse
Drop and to take the south path to leave Mogall Forest.
World Map - Mogall Forest to Xian
Follow the path from Mogall Forest to Xian. See map
for location of the Mars Djinni, Corona (battle, save).
Xian - Meeting Feizhi
You will see a girl walking around the town to the right of the
waterfall. Talk to her when she is diagonal from the jar in the
right corner and make her spill her water. Use Frost on
the water to reach the Mercury Djinni, Mist (no battle).
Go to the temple in the north of town. Talk to the person standing
near the log in the back corner of the room. Stand behind the
white line and use Force on the log. You will see Feizhi
leave the temple.
World Map - Xian to Alpine Crossing
Leave Xian and follow the path northwest to Alpine Crossing.
Alpine Crossing - The Search for Hsu
You will see Feizhi looking for Hsu when you reach Alpine Crossing.
Use Frost on the puddle near Feizhi and Growth on
the plant near where the path splits. Climb the vine and slide
down the indent in the cliff. You will be able to hop across to
a chest containing Power Bread. Go north to Alitn Mine.
World Map - Alpine Crossing to Altin
Follow the path north from Alpine Crossing to Altin.
Altin - The Flood
Use Move on the statue near you to enter Altin Peak and
find a chest containing a Psy Crystal. You will see that
Altin has been flooded by monsters. Go southwest to find the entrance
to Altin Peak. You will see a Living Statue run from you into
Altin Peak. Enter Altin Peak.
Altin Peak - Attack of the Statues
Follow the Living Statue that is running from you and battle it.
You will receive the Frost Jewel for defeating it. Use
Frost on the nearby puddle and hop across to leave. When
you leave Altin Peak, you will see that the water level at Altin
has dropped allowing you to enter Altin Peak at a lower entrance.
Enter the lower entrance of Altin Peak. Follow the mine car track
to find the door to the next area. Continue following the track
to the next door into a room that is partially flooded with water.
Go to the left. Press "A" on the switch in the back
of the room and make the red arrow point to the right. Hop into
the mine car by pressing "A" while facing it. Battle
the Living Statue. When you defeat it, the water level will drop
again. Hop into the mine car and follow the track back towards
the entrance until you find a door that is near a bend in the
track. Enter the door and go down the ladder to enter the next
area. Go to the left, go down, and make the arrow on the switch
point to the left. Follow the track back and to the right then
hop into the mine car. Enter the next area. Take the upper left
path at the intersection to find a chest that is really a Mimic.
Go down to reach the next area. Use Frost on the puddle
and climb the ladder to reach the next area. Use Frost
on the puddle, climb the center ladder, and jump into the mine
car to reach a chest containing a Dragon Shield. Hop back
into the mine car. Climb the far left ladder and flip the switch
to make the red arrow point to the right. Jump into the mine car,
go down the ladder, and battle the Living Statue. After you defeat
it, the water level will drop again. Leave Altin Peak and re-enter
at its lowest entrance. Go right where the path spilts and follow
the mine car track to the next area. Keep follow the path to the
next area. Go down where the path spilts to reach a chest containing
a Lucky Medal. Go right at the next two intersections and
continue to the next area. Use Move to push the pilar to
the left once and use Frost on the three puddles. Flip
the switch so the red arrow points to the left then jump across
the two pilars below on the left and jump into the mine car. Hop
into the mine car again to reach the Mercury Djinni, Spritz
(battle, save). Climb the top ladder to reach the next area. Continue
walking to the next area. Go up and use Force on the log (if you
don't have Force, Garet will knock down the log after you read
the sign near the log). A boulder will roll down and make a hole
in the floor. Go down the ladder and the indent in the wall. Go
down the ladder formed by the mine car track down into the hole.
You will have to battle a Hydros Statue. After you defeat it,
you will be able to reach a chest containing the Lifting Gem.
Leave Altin Peak and re-enter at its lowest entrance. Follow the
mine car track until you reach the point where the track splits.
Use Lift on the rock to enter the next area. Take the left
path and use Move on the pilar to reach a chest containing
a Vial. Take the center path and use Lift on the
rock to exit Altin Peak.

Go west from Altin Peak to Lama Temple.
Lama Temple - Revealing
Go to the temple, where you will meet Master Hama. She will tell
you about the Lamakan Desert and teach Ivan how to use Reveal.
Use Reveal near the rock in the northeast part of Lama
Temple to find a chest containing Water of Life. Leave
Lama Temple.
World Map - Lama Temple to Lamakan Desert
Go south from Lama Temple and enter Lamakan Desert.
Lamakan Desert - Crossing the Desert
While walking through Lamakan Desert, try to stay in the dark
colored sand. If you have to go through light colored sand, hold
"B" to run. Look for circles of rocks where you can
use Reveal to find an oasis, chest, psynergy stone, ant
lion, or the Jupiter Djinni, Smog (no battle). Also use
Reveal to find doors in certain sand waterfalls to find
your way to the exit of Lamakan Desert.
World Map - Lamakan Desert to Kalay
Follow the path west from Lamakan Desert to Kalay. See map
for location of the Venus Djinni, Vine (battle, save).
Kalay & Kalay Tunnel - Travelers to Colosso
Go up the stairs on the house at the northeast corner of town.
Hop to the right, go up, and use Move on the statue to
enter Kalay Tunnel. Push the statue to the left until it is in
front of the waterfall. Go down the ladder and climb the ladder
on the left to reach the Mars Djinni, Scorch (no battle).
Leave Kalay Tunnel. Go to the inn and talk to all the people there.
Leave the inn and go up to Hammet's Palace. There is a chest containing
a Water Jacket inside. Leave the palace. Go to leave Kalay
and you should see a group of travelers headed for Colosso. Leave
Kalay.
World Map - Kalay to Kalay Docks
Follow the path southwest from Kalay to Kalay Docks.
Kalay Docks - Buying Boat Tickets
Talk to the woman near the ship dock and help relay a message
to her daughter. Enter the building and buy tickets to go to Tolbi.
Give the Boat Ticket to the man on the dock to board the
ship. Enter the Tolbi-bound Ship.
Tolbi-bound Ship - Disaster at Sea
At the south side of the ship you should overhear people talking
about trouble at Karagol Sea. Go into the north room of the ship
to see two passengers bound for Colosso head to the captain's
room. Go to the room at the south side of the ship. Ask to see
the captain and you will find out that the captain is missing
his lucky anchor. Climb the ladder to the top of the mast and
press "A" to find the Anchor Charm. Go back to
the south room and use the Anchor Charm after talking to
the captain. Go into the north room and down the stairs. The ship
will set sail. You will have to fight monsters and ask passengers
to help row. Disembark from the ship after you have reached Tolbi
Docks.
Tolbi Docks - Journey to Colosso
Talk to the girl at the end of the dock to relay a message to
her. Use Move on the two crates at the west side of the
area. Move the left one twice to the left and the right one once
to the left. This allows you to jump to a chest containing a Potion.
Leave Tolbi Docks.
World Map - Tolbi Docks to Tolbi
Go west from Tolbi Docks to Tolbi.
Tolbi & Babi's Palace - Missing Person
When you first walk into the town, go east near the south edge
of town, go north, use Growth on the plant, climb the vine,
and use Frost on the puddle. This allows you to jump near
the inn to the Mars Djinni, Ember (no battle). Use Reveal
at the graveyard to find a chest containing Power Bread. Go to
Babi's Palace near the northwest of town and enter the palace.
Take one of the staircases near the center of the room and go
down the hall on the second floor. You will overhear a conversation
about Babi. Leave the palace and Tolbi.
World Map - Tolbi to Altmiller Cave
Follow the path west from Tolbi and then go east where the path continues up
a bridge. Enter Kalay Docks to reach the Venus Djinni, Ground (no battle).
Continue following the path to Altmiller Cave.
Altmiller Cave - The Quest for the Draught
While you head deeper into Altmiller Cave, you will find that the cave
gets darker as you go farther in. When you reach the first room lit only by
scattered torches, wander around until you find the next door. Go to the right
to reach a chest that is really a Mimic. Go left then up to find Babi, who appears
as an outline. Talk to him and he will send you to get his draught. He will
tell you to go deep into the cave, where you will find five rocks sticking out
of the ground that you need to rotate according to the color of the light on
the wall. Go to the next area. Go left and then up to reach a chest containing
a Vial. Go down, to the right, up, and to the left, then go to the next
area. Go up to where the pipes are. Push the vertical log to the right, push
the bottom horizontal log up, push the stone pillar on the right down, use Frost
on the puddle, push the vertical log to the left, walk behind the gray rock
pillar, push the bottom horizontal log down, push the vertical log to the right,
push the vertical log to the left, and push the top horizontal log down to reach
the Jupiter Djinni, Squall (battle, save). Push the vertical log to the
right and jump to the right near the stone pillar to get to the next area. Stay
left to reach a chest containing a Cookie. Go down from the entrance
and take a left near the bottom. Continue going left and you will reach a small
maze. Use Reveal to find your way to go up. Take a left at the four way
intersection to find the entrance to the next area. Go to the bottom of the
room, go up the stairs, and slide down the indent in the wall to get to the
next area. Rotate the rock on the left then rotate the rock on the right. Use
Reveal to see which rock to rotate when the colors appear on the wall.
The flashing color on the top is the color of the rock you must rotate. A door
will appear for you to enter. You will reach a chest containing the Mystic
Draught. Go back to where you found Babi. Talk to Babi and he will recover.
You will be allowed to enter the Colosso finals. Leave Altmiller Cave.
World Map - Altmiller Cave to Tolbi
Follow the path from Altmiller cave back to Tolbi.
Tolbi - The Colosso Finals
Go north to the Colosseum Entrance and go up the stairs. One of the guards will
bring you to the first finals match site and explain the rules to you. Put Garet
with Move at stage one, put Mia with Douse at stage two, and put
Ivan with Growth at stage three. Talk to the guard and you will be brought
to the waiting room. Talk to him again and go wait in the circle he tells you
to go to in order to start the finals. Have Garet use Move on the stone
pillar, have Ivan use Growth on the plant, and have Mia use Douse
on the left white square. Jump across the pillar to reach a chest containing
a Nut. Climb the vine to reach a chest containing an Oil Drop. Skip past
the moving platforms, roll across on the horizontal log, then the vertical log,
then the horizontal log to reach a chest containing a Nut, then go to
the battle as quickly as you can. You will be taken to the second finals match
site. Leave someone with Move at stage one, someone with Frost
at stage three, and someone with Force at stage five. Start the finals.
You can only use one Psynergy per stage. Walk as fast as you can to the battlefield.
You will be brought to the third finals match site. Leave someone with Frost
at stage one, someone with Move at stage two, and someone with Force
at stage five. Move as quickly as possible to the battlefield. After the finals
are over, you will wake up in Babi's Palace. Hop out of the bed, go down the
stairs, up one of the middle staircases, and up the hall to see Babi. He will
give you the Lure Cap, ask you to locate Lemuria, go to the Venus Lighthouse,
and meet Iodem at Gondowan Passage. Go down the stairs to Babi's bedroom and
Babi will give you the Cloak Ball. Leave Tolbi.

Follow the path south from Tolbi to Gondowan Passage.
Gondowan Passage - Meeting With Iodem
When you reach Gondowan Passage, speak with Iodem. Then go down and exit Gondowan
Passage.
World Map - Gondowan Passage to Suhalla
Follow the path southeast from Gondowan Passage to Suhalla.
Suhalla - News of Sandstorms
Go to the very north edge of Suhalla to reach a chest containing a Hard Nut.
While in Suhalla, you will find out about a missing girl named Sheba and sandstorms
in Suhalla Desert. Leave Suhalla and head for Suhalla Desert.
World Map - Suhalla to Suhalla Desert
Go south from Suhalla to Suhalla Desert.
Suhalla Desert - Desert Storm
Whenever you are sucked into a tornado, use Douse to prevent yourself
from being carried away. Go past the tornado on the right to reach a chest containing
a Virtuous Armlet. Go past the left tornado and continue going down.
The path will split into three narrow paths. Take the middle or left path to
reach a chest that is really a Mimic. Take the path on the right, go down, and
go left to reach the next area. The path will split into three narrow paths.
Take the right path to reach a chest containing a Lucky Medal and take
the left path to reach a chest containing a Cookie. Take the middle path
and continue along until you reach a large, open area. A tornado will chase
you and you will have to defeat a Storm Lizard. Use Reveal in this area
to find footprints leading to the Mars Djinni, Flash (battle, run, save).
Go into the nearby cave to reach a pink tornado that will bring you to Crossbone
Isle if you don't use Douse. Go down from the large, open area to find the exit
of Suhalla Desert.
World Map - Suhalla Desert to Suhalla Gate
Follow the path from Suhalla Desert to Suhalla Gate.
Suhalla Gate & Gateway Cave - The Sunken Ship
Go up the stairs to find two injured soldiers, then go to the next area. Go
down the far left indent in the cliff to reach a chest containing a Mint.
Go to the next area. Go down the third indent from the left to reach the Mercury
Djinni, Dew (battle, save). Enter Gateway Cave at the bottom right of
the area. Go down the stairs to the next area. Keep going to exit Gateway Cave.
Iodem will find a ship in the sea. Go back through Gateway Cave to Suhalla Gate.
Climb the vines and go to the next area. You will see another injured soldier.
Keep going to exit Suhalla Gate.
World Map - Suhalla Gate to Venus Lighthouse Entry
Follow the path east from Suhalla Gate to Venus Lighthouse Entry.
Venus Lighthouse Entry & Venus Lighthouse - The Second Lighthouse
Follow the path and where it spilts, go up to enter Venus Lighthouse. Go to
the second room. Use Reveal to find a hidden door leading to a chest containing
the Carry Stone. Go back to the second room and go up to the next room.
Enter the staircase on the right and go down to reach a staircase leading to
a chest containing a Lucky Cap. Take the left staircase to the next area.
Go up the staircase and continue along to find a person who will tell you about
Kraden and the statue. Take the path on the right. Use Carry on the block
to move it out of your way to get to the next area. Use Reveal to find
a staircase next to the one you just exited. Press "A" on the statue
at the back of the room once. Leave Venus Lighthouse. Go down and to the right,
then exit Venus Lighthouse Entry.
World Map - Venus Lighthouse Entry to Lalivero
Follow the path north from Venus Lighthouse Entry to Lalivero.
Lalivero - Torch the Mars Djinni
Go up the ladder inside the weapons/armor shop. Jump to the right onto the wall
around Lalivero. Keep walking until the wall meets a building guarded by a soldier.
Jump to the right and climb the vine to reach the Mars Djinni, Torch
(no battle). Climb the ladder inside the building in the south west part of
Lalivero and jump left onto the wall. Go down the vine on the wall to reach
a chest containing a Warrior's Helm. Go north to the Road to Babi's Lighthouse.
Road to Babi's Lighthouse - Luff the Jupiter Djinni
Go to the right and use Carry to move the block three spaces to the left
of the chest, allowing you to reach the chest which contains Lucky Pepper.
Go north where you will find more injured workers. Go down the ladder on your
left and use Move to pull the left column towards you. Go back up the
ladder. Push the column on your right out of the way and go down the ladder
beneath the column. Use Move on the right column to move it to the left
so you can go up. Go up the ladder at the top of the room. Use Growth
on the plant climb the vine, and slide down the indent on the wall. Enter the
door and slide down the rightmost indent to reach the Jupiter Djinni, Luff
(battle, save). Slide down the indent. Go up the left staircase and go up another
staircase. Slide down the top indent and go to the right. Use Reveal,
flip the hidden switch next to the door, and enter Tunnel Ruins.
Tunnel Ruins - The Path to Venus Lighthouse
Go down to the next area. Move the right pillar down once and push it
all the way to the right. Jump onto the pillar and go down to the next area.
Jump down, jump all the way to the left, jump down, and go to the next area.
If you are unable to do this, you may need go back to revist the Venus Lighthouse.
Move the left pillar down once and push it all the way to the left. Then
Move the other pillar down, push it all the way down, and push it all
the way to the left. Jump across the pillars and go down to the next area. Push
the left pillar all the way to the left. Move the other pillar to the
left once and push it to the left twice. Go to the top left corner of the room
and use Whirlwind on the vines. Move the pillar down, push it
to the left, and push it down. Then Move the pillar down, push it all
the way down, Move it to the right, push it all the way to the right,
and push it up. Push the top right pillar all the way to the right. Jump down
across the pillars and go to the next area. Go down to the next area. Use Carry
to move two of the blocks onto the right white lever. Jump left and go down
to the next area. Jump to the left and go down to the next area. Use Reveal
near the statue to find a chest containing an Oracle's Robe. Go back
to the previous area. Jump to the right and go down to the next area. Push the
orange statue onto the center square, the red statue onto the top left square,
the blue statue onto the top right square, the green statue onto the bottom
left square, and the purple statue onto the bottom right square. Go through
the door that has been opened to reach the next area. Go up the staircase to
Venus Lighthouse.
Venus Lighthouse - The Final Battles
Go through the center door to the next area. Go through the far left doorway
to the next area. Use Carry to drop the block into the hole on your left
and proceed to the next area. Go up and run to the right across the sand waterfall.
Go down to reach a chest containing a Thunder Crown, then go up to the
next area. Enter the far right sand waterfall to the next area. Go to the right,
jump down onto the block, jump down, to the right, down three times, and to
the left. Go to the left and down to the next area. Push the block into the
hole and go to the next area. Stand on the circle button on the floor, then
go around to the staircase on the left. Go down the ladder below you then go
up the ladder to the left of the sand waterfall. Run to the right across the
sand waterfall and go to the next area. Go down the ladder and Move the
left pillar down. Go through the doorway and push the top pillar all the way
to the left. Go back up the ladder, jump onto the top pillar, and go up to the
next area. Go down the top ladder, go up the bottom ladder, and go to the next
area. Go down to the next area. Push the bottom right block into the bottom
right hole, push the bottom left block into the top right hole, push the top
block into the bottom left hole, and go to the next area. Run across the sand
waterfall to the left and enter the next area by means of the leftmost doorway.
Enter the right sand waterfall to reach a chest containing Dragon Scales.
Enter the sand waterfall on the left and go to the next area. Use Carry
to move two of the blocks onto the left lever and go to the next area. Step
on the circle button on the floor and go up to the next area. Slide down the
left sand waterfall while walking left and go up the staircase. Go to the next
area. You will be able to reach a chest containing a Gaia Blade. Run
with the flow of the sand and make your way to the next area. Go right to the
next area. You will reach a room with four blocks and eight holes in the floor.
Push the far right block into the second highest left hole, push the right center
block into the second lowest right hole, push the left center block into the
top left hole, push the far left block into the bottom right hole, and go to
the next area. Step on the circle button on the floor. Go up to the next area.
Go down, run to the top right door across the sand waterfalls and go to the
next area. Go to the next area, SAVE, then slide down the indent in the floor.
DO NOT SAVE PAST THIS POINT.
Venus Lighthouse - The End - DO NOT SAVE
Do not save anywhere during this section or you will not be able to go back
to any previous point in the game. If you do accidentally save, you will have
to lose one of your battles to go back to any other part of the game. Go over
to where Saturos and Menardi are. You will have to give them the Shaman's
Rod. Then you must fight Saturos and Menardi. After you have defeated Saturos
and Menardi, they will light the lighthouse and you will have to battle their
combined form, Fusion Dragon. After you defeat them, you will be brought back
to Lalivero. DO NOT SAVE IN LALIVERO.
Lalivero - The Lemurian Ship - DO NOT SAVE
Do not save in Lalivero or you will be stuck in Lalivero. After you leave the
house, Iodem will speak to you about Lemuria and give you the Black Orb.
Talk to the guard at the top left corner of town and you will be allowed to
board the Lemurian Ship. Enter the building and go up the ramp to enter the
Lemurian Ship. Use the Black Orb at the end of the dock. After the credits
are through, you will be able to save a clear data file which you can only access
for battling. If you want to save this file, do not save over your original
game so you can go back to get anything you missed during the game and level
up your team.
